Staying healthy between school, work, homework, practice, and life in general is very hard. This may be the case, but you can still use these small tips to up your health game. Now don't lie to yourself, somehow you always have some down time to eat a snack. Instead of eating some form of chip and dip, try eating carrot chips with a dressing or even hummus. This way you have that crunch without the fat. Need some exercise? Try taking the longer way to class, but make it on time! Also try using the stairs as an alternative to elevators or escalators.
